The Summerland Community Arts Council is preparing to present our hugely popular Music in the Park summer evening concert series for 2024. This series attracted 3500 people to its concerts in 2023, and we hope to draw even more this year.
The concerts are held outdoors every Wednesday evening during July and August and reach a broad spectrum of locals and visitors, providing a quintessentially Summerland summer experience for families, employees and friends.
The Summerland Community Arts Council promotes the arts in the Summerland area through education, action and advocacy. Our goal is to support musicians and artists of all kinds and to provide access to the arts for everyone in the community. For the past several years, the event, a nine-concert series free to the public has been one of our most successful programs.
