Myrna Campbell has extensive experience with not-for-profit organizations, helping them to secure funding, maintain timely financial reporting, and recruit and encourage volunteers. She also brings skills in bookkeeping and grant-writing. The Okotoks Art Gallery in Alberta benefitted from Myrna’s experience and skills during the 20 years she was a member, treasurer, and board director. “Getting in touch with my ‘artistic side’ involved turning my pottery hobby into a full time business producing functional work. As well as showing my work
in my own gallery, I supplied a variety of gift stores and galleries throughout Western Canada,” Myrna said. Since moving to Summerland in June 2022, she has been working on getting her studio up and running.
