This multi-medium painting class will be instructed by two talented local artists. July 21, 24 & 25 will feature Ink, Watercolour and Acrylic painting with Greta Loeppky and The Magic of Encaustic with Barb Hofer on July 22 & 23.
Aspiring artists will be exploring and creating three kinds of painting; whimsical, Impressionism and abstract using tiles, watercolour paper and canvases. Encaustic painting, also known as wax painting is a form of painting that involves a heated wax medium to which coloured pigment has been added, which is then painted on canvas.
