Class Cancellation Policy:
If you have to cancel your registration in a workshop, our Cancellation Policy is dependent on the length of time remaining prior to the scheduled class:.
If you contact the SCAC to cancel your registration between 3 and 7 days or more prior to the scheduled workshop, you will receive a refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.
Within 48 hours - no refund or credit will be given.
The SCAC may reschedule or cancel classes if we do not receive the minimum number of registrats or in case of inclement weather or instructor illness. In this event, you will be notified and all fees will be refunded.
The Summerland Community Arts Council reserves the right to workshops and programs at any time prior to a class or workshop. Every effort will be made to ensure cancellations are done in a timely manner. Where possible, a rescheduled date will be provided. In the event that a rescheduled date can't be rescheduled, a full refund will be provided in the registrant's original method of payment.
