What are your kids doing for the summer?

Join us for some creative fun this summer. Here is our list of classes for July 13 – 17:

Wild About Writing     (ages 7-12)
Are you fascinated by words? Do you enjoy being the writer and the illustrator? If so, come spend the afternoon with us and let your pencil do the talking! We will jump start our brains to come up with great ideas for poetry and short stories. We will reach deep within and journal about the everyday things that make our lives uniquely ours. Write on!
Time:  9:00 – 11:00am
Instructor:  Marian Rudisill
Fee:  $55 (members $50)
Location: Library Basement

Through the Stage Door     (Ages 6-9)
Learn theatre basics while being creative & having fun! Every day a new topic will be covered, including improv, character development, writing, comedy & tragedy, play building, costume design, Shakespeare, dance & movement, songwriting & singing, directing, & acting & more! We’ll end with a performance on the last day.
Time:  9:00 – 11:00am
Instructor:  Linda Beaven
Fee: $80 (members $72)
Location: Library Basement

Art with Janine     (Ages 7-9)
Work with card board,  paper mâché and wood to create 3D works of art. Learn how to make African paper beads! Make Collages, Paint and Draw. This class will have a bit of it all!
Time:  1:00 – 3:00pm
Instructor:  Janine Irving
Fee:  $55 (members $50)
